Yesterday went for my physical. Doctor gave me a very thorough examination. He said everything on physical inspection looked good. My blood pressure was 116/86. They took 3 vails of blood and urine. They only call if something is wrong. But, I will probably call them to see how the results were. I liked this Doctor. I got a flu shot and a tetanus shot. Back to the grind tomorrow. Not looking forward to it. Still hoping to win the lottery. Just enough to pay my bills off. Why can't I win?

Finally, my last day of work for the week has come and I am now enjoying two whole days off. I am going to the doctors tomorrow for my physical and I am going to get a flu shot while I am at it. Working on improving the website. Going to try to post on Friday or Saturday at the latest.

By the way I forgot to mention on the weight loss front, I am down 20 pounds. This Atkins diet really works. Another benefit is my blood pressure is way down too. I have a physical examination on October 28. We will see how my cholesterol levels are doing on this diet.

This has been another trying week. Some good news though. I have been feeling quite good physically and have been looking for places to retire. Yes you heard me to retire. Long term planning. Looking at northeast Georgia. 3 more days of work to go.

This weekend has gone by too fast. Unfortunately, I have to go back to work tomorrow. This will be a seven day stretch for me.

Well, I have been back to work for 2 days and it stinks. This job really bites the dust. I got overtime today so I am going home early tomorrow.

Almost completely recovered for my return to work on Monday. TechTV will host a Microsoft Live event this weekend. It should be good.
