Well, I was hoping to update my website. However, I will have to buy a new program and that won't happen until next year. Also, I will have a learning curve on it. So, hopefully by March or April of next year I will it updated.

I have upgraded to Windows 7 Professional so I am still getting things loaded back. Hope to update my website in a few days.

I have two theories about Tiger Woods accident. First one, him and his wife got into an argument and he decided to leave. He then tried to show her and tried to hurt himself. The second, He was leaving the home while they were still arguing. She was running after him and probably hitting the vehicle he was concentrating on her and had the accident. If he was not DUI these are the only two plausible reasons to wreck in your on driveway.

Nothing new lately. Just been working alot. My foot feels about 60% better. All the pain is not completely gone. In fact it has moved. Will be working the next eight days straight. Hope to get to the website after that. Take care!

I never agreed that we should have invaded Iraq. But, since we did, I thought we should stay because we created a great environment for terrorists. Now that we are finally making progressive, I believe we should start an orderly withdrawal. However, Afghanistan I agreed from the beginning we did need to invade and stay there until Al-Qaeda was defeated. Send more troops and finish the job. Charlie Wilson was right we need to take care of Afghanistan. Let's get this done. Not pull out. I am almost tempted to run for Congress. Well, I am finished training. I start by myself on Sunday. And what a busy last three days this was. I am totally exhausted. I have one day to rest and then back to work I go on Sunday.

This will be my last week of training. I will finish my Chemo hood training this coming Friday. And starting on Sunday I will be working solo. Everything else has been going fine. Henry and Taco, my dogs are doing great. I have been losing weight and have lost 8 pounds. It is an exciting time. Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! My Verizon Fios TV is in and so far so good. The Tech was very good and professional. He checked every outlet to make sure the signal was good for every TV. Something Brighthouse never did and he found a couple of problems with a couple of outlets. Everything fixed and the best picture I have ever seen. Also, work has been going great. I start training in the IV room next Wednesday and next Friday I get my first paycheck. Going to try and stay off my feet the next couple of days. Also, tomorrow I start taking Meridia. It is a prescription weight loss pill lets hope I don't have any side effects from it and that it works. The count down is on. Friday, I should have Verizon Fios. The only thing worrying me is the internet part. I already have their Fios Internet however, the have me slated for a new speed and they show it as a new install. I hope they don't mess up my e-mail addresses. My first week at Moffitt was great. Start my second week on Monday. There are only two things I do not like. First, my feet have been killing me. I have to get used to standing about 7 hours a day. Second, starts Monday, the parking. I will be parking a long way from the hospital. Other than that I like the people I work with and it is easier than UCH.

I love Moffitt. My first day was great looking forward to going back tomorrow.

I signed up today for Verizon Fios TV. I am tired of Brighthouse pictures freezing up, crappy compression and terrible sound. So, I am giving Verizon a chance at the old TV. I love their Fios Internet, don�t have problems with my home phone and my cell phone service is quite good from them. As of August 21, 2009 I will be Brighthouse free. Also, I will be actually saving some money.

Well, I am attempting to update my website. I have started work on it and hope to have it done by this weekend. My last free weekend before I start back to work. I am looking forward to work at Moffitt. I am officially an employee as of Monday, August 10, 2009. 

Well, I just got hired at Moffitt Cancer Center. I start August 10, 2009. Thank you everyone who kept me in their prayers. Thank you Mr. Witas, Mr. Johnson and Michele Hobbs, the HR representative. And the biggest thanks to the Almighty Lord!!!!

Well, it is finally over. I graduated with honors. Now looking for a job. Hopefully I will find it soon.

America's corporations and its employees better wake up and provide truly exceptional service. The way people are becoming, we Americans will be laughingstocks of the world pretty soon.

Slow night at UCH.

Well, I have been looking at Brazil lately. Would like to visit there. I have a passport that has never been used. However, finances will not hold up to such a strain.

Well, I thought things were getting better. Now, I am not sure. I will be graduating next month for my year long program. However, there are no job openings available on the near horizon. My bank account is getting real real real low. Only if my waistline would shrink as fast as my bank account.

Catching up on some DVD watching. Watch Flywheel and Facing the Giants. Both great movies.

Two weeks down and seven more to go. I must be walking ten miles a day. Yes, I said 10 miles. My feet are slowly becoming accustomed to it. However, for some reason they really hurt today. But, only have only lost 2 pounds. I have Oatmeal for breakfast, no snacking, then lunch about 2PM after I am off. Then dinner. I eat nothing after 8PM. Need to lose more. By the way starting Tuesday, I have to start my clinical at 3PM to 9PM. Not to crazy about that.

Had a long week and looking forward to next week. Had a great Pharmacy Technician Advisory Meeting on Thursday. Great food and great discussion.

Will this is a farce. Now KFC has Welched on their deal and Oprah played it along too. NO REAL Free meal for the grilled chicken USA. Last time I visit KFC.

I have blogged about this before but, I have to let out anger again. How come when you owe companies they want their money today? However, whenever you have a legit reason and qualify for a refund they make you jump through hoops and paperwork. Then take a week or more to give you back your money? Lesson learned.Never Never buy an AMC Gift Card online. Never Never eat at Boston Market in Brandon.They never did refund my money. Never Never use Walgreens ink refill service.

Having a hard time getting in the mood to study for my last test. Have over hundred words to study in less than two days. I do not think it will happen.

Well, I passed the exam. I took me a little over an hour to do. But, I did it. Won't have exact grade until May 22, 2009. But, I am now a CPht. Plus, I only have one class exam left and my clinical.

If this is the car Chrysler thinks that will save it. I think there is no hope. I would not buy this Fiat made car with a Chrysler icon on it. I would get a horse and buggy before I would buy this ugly thing. Gas efficient or not.

How can a telephone bill go up month after month when you have changed nothing? Sure it only goes up by twenty or thirty cents here and there and it always seems to be in the tax section. Can they imagine one more fee/tax to come up with? My service is great Verizon but your nickel and diming is getting a little ridiculous! If Verizon did not have Fios or a competitor had fiber to the home I be gone.

Where did all these rabid foxes come from. Hopefully, they stay on the west side of the County.

Poetic justice. When I was a deputy I hated going in there or even to the parking lot. One of his own drunk customers took it out.

I feel like this lady sometimes. I can really relate and was absolutely on cloud 9 for her performance. And the judges were right and I have never seen Simon actually smile and pleased about a performance.

Why does a husband of a cousin of mine think he can just barge into my room uninvited when I was showing my Cousin something and had no intention of showing the non-family member. It was nothing devious, sinister or crude. It was some information I only wanted to impart to my cousin. I personally don't care if they are married or not. If your not invited stay out! If my cousin wants to tell you later on, which she probably would have then fine. But, I did not want to tell or inform that non-family member. IF YOUR NOT INVITED THEN STAY OUT is the moral of the story and believe me I told him so . Had to vent on that one. And personally, I don't care if his feelings got hurt or not. Rudeness will not be tolerated. If you are that insecure than get a teddy bear.

Fox network needs to make sure that American Idol cuts on time. I missed a full 5 minutes from my Fringe show. Luckily, I caught it on Hulu.com.

We need to do something about these Somalia Pirates. I say it is time to send in the Navy to patrol that area full time and a battleship to bombard their lairs on shore.

Well, today was the half way point for my Spring Break. I really can't believe it. I wish it were longer. I also wish I did not have to take this Certification Exam.

Thanks to my Mom and Dad for the lunch on my Birthday. My sister for the ice cream cake and my brother for the gift card.

Well, its my birthday. Yep I am 40. Don't feel like it. Both physically and financially. Nothing big planned.

Well, today was a bad day for me. Not at school that was actually a great day. But, the day turned south when I went to the doctors office for my 3 month visit. First, I am losing my battle with losing weight. I have gained 2 pounds. Secondly, my blood pressure has been borderline for years. Well today my doctor put me on blood pressure medication, Benicar. I am taking Benicar for the blood pressure which is slightly elevated, Metformin to keep me from becoming a diabetic. My glucose is elevated but not considered to be diabetic and my triglycerides are high. So, I am staying on my Tricor. He says those 3 could be stopped if I lost a lot of weight.

My last fish a Bahia Shark died. He or she not sure which one they were, was 6 years old and the last fish in our tank. So the little guy is gone. I will miss him.

It was an exciting week at school. We learned and operated on a machine called the EM24 by Baxa. Our school is the first school in the nation to have one. Usually you only find this machines in hospitals or home health care setting. By getting this training we are a step ahead of the competition. Now it after a busy week of learning and test taking. I am taking the night off and watching a couple of movies. Take care all.

It has been a busy weekend. I finally got my new monitor in. My old one gave up after 6 years. In fact, it would not even show anything today. I did not think the new one would be here until Monday. I went out the door and there the new monitor sat on the front porch. I was glad because without it I would not be able to do anything on my computer. 

I had a blind date tonight. Mutual friends setup us up. I had a great time and this is my first blind date that was a hit instead of the misses I had on previous blind dates.

My Cousin Tina and her husband took my Mom and me to Joe's Crab Shack. The food was excellent. I recommend the place for the food. I had the crab of course. They make an awesome Lobster Bisque soup. However, we had to wait an hour and half to get a table and the service was not the greatest. That was the only negatives.

It was great. When I move from Florida someday this is one of the few things I will miss.

Today is my nephew Maxwell's birthday. He is getting big for 2 years old.

A year ago my Grandmother was buried. It is a bitter sweet day. She was buried and today is my nephew's birthday. I am still handling the probate of my Grandmother's will and that has been going on for the last seven months. I can't wait to get that done.

I have placed these pictures on my web site on the photo album page. But, I thought I would also place them on my blog. These pictures are from 2006 aerial photos and where you see three bodies of water in a row that is my property. It is toward the upper center of the picture. All that cleared land and a small piece running toward the road is all mine.

Hopefully next weekend my website will finally be updated for a few months. I have just been very busy with school. Speaking of school, I can not wait until July, 16, 2009. Graduation day. Halleluiah! It will be over. And hopefully, I will have taken and passed the Certification exam by then too. 

Well, I just got the news that Paul Harvey has passed away . I've lost so many family members and familiar faces in the past three years—uncles, aunts, TV and radio personalities I grew up with, and my grandmother. His wife passed away last year, and I’m convinced that when a man loses his wife first, he usually doesn’t live much longer. But if a man passes first, the wife often lives on for many years. I’m not sure why the Lord made it that way.

Here is the opening of this year's Oscars in case you missed it. Hugh did a great job. That was about all I watched. Then I had to study more.

This guy is great. He should be U.S. Treasury Secretary. He is on the money. Watch this.

Well tomorrow it's back to school. I have another big test on Wednesday. Only 5 months to go until graduation and hopefully a job.

This year's American Idol is not that interesting this year. And on the weight front. I have lost five pounds over a week and a half. I am happy. Also, wearing one of my suits that I bought last year when I retired, tomorrow. Have a big function and test tomorrow at school.

I know my website other than this blog, has been updated lately. I will try to get around to it either later this month or next month. I have just been very busy study for school and my National Certification Exam. As I will need a job desperately before the end of the year. 

Well, as far as school goes it was a great week. I kicked butt on my tests. However, for the first time in my left I got a stye in my right eye. It hurts and itches like the chickenpox. Praise the Lord he gave me an excellent Ophthalmologist. She had her nurse return my call and had an instruction sheet for a salt water warm compress and a sample of an eye antibiotic ointment. I picked it up the same day. Thanks Dr. Anglin. My eye still itches however, I think the stye is starting to resolve itself my lower eyelid is only 1/4 of its size since the beginning of the week. If I never get one of these again, I will consider it a miracle. This was my first time having one and I did not like the experience.

It was a wild week at school. Had 3 tests. Last one I blew away. Glad of that. I will be inducted into the National Technical Honor Society on February 12, 2009 at 9AM.

Well, I am still recovering. I feel about 85 percent better than I did at the beginning of the week. Yet, I also feel tired. I guess because I am still studying.

I have a wicked head cold. I haven't been this sick in a while. I feel like I have no energy to do anything but curl up in a ball. Ohhhhh to have health insurance!

Well, I went back to school today after the long weekend. It was alright. I had a test and did very well on it. Missed only one question. Probably had something to do with me only getting 2 hours sleep last night. I woke up with a sore throat yesterday and it continued all night and got worse. I have come down with a cold and feel miserable. How everyone else is doing great.

That is all I have been doing all weekend. I can't wait until July I should be done studying and taking test after test after test. I just hope I find a job then.

Well, I was just thinking of when I could update my website. It might be as late as March. With school and studying every day I keep pretty busy. I did join Facebook today. We will see how that goes. I am going to try to blog more often. As I have started using Windows Live Writer and it works great and makes it a lot easier to post a blog. Hope everyone is doing great.

So far this year school is going good. I just hope there is a job for me when I am done. Did anybody make any New Year's Resolutions? I didn't I always say lose weight. I have almost given up on that.

Well today was my Mom's birthday. I gave her a gift. Hope she likes it. Not much else going on. I did post something on New Years Day. However, it did not post. So I will post it again. School will be keeping me busy. We are down to two tests per week now and I have two projects I must do. Take care to all and hope everyone is doing great.
